I received the wrong color item. I ordered the Peal Limited colored X1 and received the standard white. Instead of correcting the issue, the customer service representative insisted that I'd received the correct bundle. Although my pictures clearly showed that I had received the Standard White Combo PLUS bundle, which was nowhere on my order. Also, the last time I checked, Standard White and Pearl white were two different colors. Between this confusion, extremely slow ticket response, and slow shipping, this was a terrible interaction.

It was so easy to put the drone to fly without any problems. I love it 🥰

HOVERAir PU Case

I have only had the chance to do about a dozen flights but so far so great. I did a nice follow on my mountain bike through flowy, curvy terrain and it did great and the video quality exceeded my expectations. Also had a good experience with orbit and bird’s eye view. Have not tried dolly or side track yet. The system was easy to use and very intuitive
