Connected Product means an item that obtains, generates or collects data concerning its use or environment and that is able to communicate product data via an electronic communications service, physical connection or on-device access, and whose primary function is not the storing, processing or transmission of data on behalf of any party other than the user.
The following Connected Products are provided by Hoverair: Flying Cameras.

Product Data means data generated by the use of a connected product that the manufacturer designed to be retrievable, via an electronic communications service, physical connection or on-device access, by a user, data holder or a third party, including, where relevant, the manufacturer.
Related Service Data means data representing the digitization of user actions or of events related to the connected product, recorded intentionally by the user or generated as a by-product of the user’s action during the provision of a related service by the provider.
Product Data and Related Service Data are collectively referred to as Data.
The specific data generated and collected by Hoverair's connected products is as follows:

(2) Content data: The text, audio, video and other content recorded, transmitted, displayed or played by users through network connection products, especially the content protected by intellectual property rights (such as streaming media content, e-books, music, etc.).

(3) Data stored or processed on behalf of third parties: Data stored or processed by the data holder on behalf of a third party that is not the user (such as data stored by a cloud service provider for a customer).

(4) Prototype product data: Data generated by products that have not yet completed the manufacturing stage.

(5) Non-readily available data: Data that the data holder has to make a disproportionate effort to obtain.

(6) The data involves trade secrets or intellectual property rights.

(7) Other exceptional data as stipulated by EU data laws.

(1) The rights to access, use and making available Data.Natural or legal person using Hoverair Connected Products ("Users") have the right to request access to, use or provision of data generated and collected by the Connected Products. Please initiate a rights request via dataprotection@hoverair.com.

(2) Rights to share Data

  • A. Business-to-business (B2B) access requestsBased entirely on the User's explicit consent. The contract should clearly stipulate: usage restrictions, confidentiality obligations, data security measures, and prohibition of abuse.
  • B. Enterprise-to-Government (B2G) access requestsAccording to Articles 14 to 18 of the EU Data Act, data can be shared with public sector bodies under specific circumstances as prescribed by law and in compliance with the relevant conditions for data transmission and use.Hoverair will, in accordance with the EU Data Act, require the relevant parties to sign a data sharing agreement and may charge a certain fair and reasonable compensation.

(3) Hoverair will ensure that the data recipient processes the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to comply with the interoperability requirements of Article 33 of the EU Data Act.

(4) User information must be verified for rights requests; otherwise, the relevant rights cannot be exercised.

(3) Establish an access permission management mechanism and only authorize necessary personnel to access the data.

(4) Conduct security and privacy protection training, tests and other activities to enhance employees' awareness and proficiency in data protection.

(5) Use internationally and industry-recognized standards to protect your data and actively seek relevant security and privacy protection certifications.
