1. Winners will be announced through the official Flight Club activity page. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) calendar days of being contacted. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of prize eligibility.

2. Participants may submit multiple pieces of content during each monthly mission; however, each participant may only receive one prize per mission period, unless otherwise specified.

3. The same content may only be counted once as a valid submission. Duplicate uploads, reposts, or submissions of substantially similar content across accounts may not be considered valid entries.

4. Submitted content must be original, authentic, and sufficiently distinct. Excessively repetitive content, overly edited from the same footage, low quality, misleading, or lacking meaningful originality may be deemed invalid at HOVERAir’s sole discretion.

5. Examples of invalid submissions may include, but are not limited to:

• repeated use of identical footage with only minor edits (e.g., music, filters, transitions);
• static image compilations or slideshow-style videos;
• excessively short or incomplete videos;
• content unrelated to the monthly mission theme;
• non-HOVERAir footage.

6. Only submissions that comply with the monthly mission requirements and participation guidelines will be considered valid entries. HOVERAir reserves the right to adjust prize distribution if the number of eligible entries does not meet selection requirements.

7. Participants must own or have all necessary rights to the submitted content. Any infringement of third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or likeness rights, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

8. Any abnormal engagement activity, including but not limited to artificial inflation of views, likes, comments, or other forms of manipulation, may result in disqualification.

9. Prize-winning content may not be deleted, hidden, or materially modified for 30 calendar days following the winner announcement date. Failure to comply may result in revocation of rewards or future participation restrictions.

10. By participating in Flight Club, participants grant HOVERAir the right to Repost across HOVERAir's social channels, feature, and use qualifying submitted content for brand, product, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Personal information collected for prize fulfillment purposes will be used solely for verification, communication, and reward distribution, in accordance with HOVERAir’s Privacy Policy.

12. HOVERAir reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the Flight Club program and its related rules at any time without prior notice.

13. ZERO ZERO ROBOTICS INC. reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or cancel these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Flight Club program at any time, without prior notice or participant consent.

14. The final interpretation of Flight Club and related participation terms shall belong to ZERO ZERO ROBOTICS INC.
