Note: Snowy terrain and cliffside flights require OmniTerrain Mode to be enabled. We strongly recommend using them together with the Beacon, especially for activities like rock climbing where safety is critical.

Upgraded Creative Shooting Ideas
🎭 Same Mode, Different Backgrounds
Use the same mode across varied locations for creative contrast and storytelling. Suggestions:
- Keep the angle consistent
- Choose a clean background
- Control / match the cuts with the background music
Here are some examples of shooting multiple scenes in any flight mode.
Follow Mode Example:
Zoom Out Mode Example:
Bird's Eye Mode: Capture several Bird’s Eye clips from different locations, then cut between them for a visually stunning travel edit.
Orbit Mode: It's a high-potential mode to produce creative effects with a simple press, plus editing techniques. You can try one full round transition, a half-round transition, a front-only transition, etc.
Example:
🎵 Pro tip: Pick music with a strong beat or rhythm and match your cuts to the beat for an even more dynamic and engaging edit! And the HOVERAir app allows you to set the shooting angle anywhere from 90° to 1080°.
🏙️ Miniature World Effect/Tilt shift effect
Tilt-shift is a photography technique originally used in architecture to correct perspective distortion. But these days, it’s often used for something way more fun—creating a “miniature world” effect where real-life scenes look like tiny toy models.
👀 What does it look like? Imagine these scenes, but looking like they’re straight out of a LEGO set:
- A train racing down the tracks
- Busy city streets filled with cars and people
- Athletes running across a football field
- Crowds and traffic, seen from above, looking like a toy world
This effect works by blurring the top and bottom of the frame, leaving only a small strip in sharp focus—just like shooting tiny objects with a macro lens.
✨ How to create this effect with HOVERAir? It’s easier than you think. Just follow these two steps: Use HOVERAir to capture a high-angle, top-down shot, ideally with people, traffic, or moving elements.
In post-production (DaVinci Resolve works great), add: Tilt-shift blur to the top and bottom of your footage, keeping the middle sharp. A little speed-up effect (try frame skipping) to give it that toy-like, time-lapse vibe.
And voilà! You’ve got a dreamy “miniature world” shot—no expensive gear or film crew needed.

💥 “Mountain Lifting” Effect
Use Dolly Zoom Mode + hand gestures to create a dramatic perspective shift—no post-production required.
Suggestions: Recommended: Use X1 PROMAX with 4x zoom, start at a distance of 2 meters, and shoot in landscape mode.

🧩 Thematic Edits
Build a collection around a single theme—like “Back View Moments”, “Mirror Sky Reflections”, or “Bridges Around the World”—and turn it into a beautiful highlight reel.
